Zaron is the driving force behind Tiny Built Co. His passion for creating sustainable living solutions is contagious, and his hands-on approach ensures every home is built with care and attention to detail. From the beginning, Zaron has been dedicated to building homes that help people live more freely - whether it’s cutting down on mortgage stress or embracing a simpler way of living. Outside of work, he enjoys finding inspiration by adventuring with his partner and their fur baby.

LEGENDARY SUPERVISOR
Jack, our legendary supervisor, is a master at managing the workshop and keeping everything running smoothly. Known for his adventurous spirit, he once rode his bike from the Barossa Valley to Tasmania - just for fun! Jack is instrumental in organising material deliveries and is always expanding his skills. Together with Zaron, he brings expertise and enthusiasm to Tiny Built Co.
DION

THE RENAISSANCE MAN
Meet Dion, our team’s Swiss Army knife of talent! A dual-trades expert and our resident jokester, Dion keeps us all laughing while turning tiny home dreams into reality. When he’s not at work, he’s busy renovating his own home and spending time with his girlfriend and their beloved fur baby. Dion’s blend of craftsmanship, humour, and dedication makes him an invaluable part of the team.
FLYNN

THE LEGENDARY STORY TELLER
Flynn is a living legend and a globe-trotter with a story for every occasion. When he’s not captivating us with tales of daring adventures, Flynn is hard at work as the creator behind Plunge by Pratt, designing and crafting custom plunge tubs. His creativity, sense of adventure, and unforgettable stories bring endless inspiration to our team.

THE ADVENTURE-SEEKING CRAFTSMAN
Meet Jon-Luke, the latest addition to Tiny Built Co. He brings a flair for fun and quirkiness to our team. With a name that exudes adventure, Jon-Luke lives life to the fullest. When he’s not crafting tiny homes, you’ll find him camping under the stars, shredding slopes, or catching waves. A travel enthusiast with a story for every destination, Jon-Luke adds adventure to our crew - and yes, he occasionally swings a hammer too!
KARISSA

SALES GURU & BUSINESS ALL-ROUNDER
Karissa is our Sales and Business Development Manager and Tiny Built Co.'s biggest fan of tiny living. With over 12 years in real estate, she brings unmatched enthusiasm and expertise to the team. When she’s not sharing the joys of compact living, Karissa is a dedicated mum to two kids and loves exploring all the Barossa has to offer. If you’re curious about tiny homes, she’s your go-to guide.
TAMARA

SUNSHINE OF THE TEAM
Tamara is the uplifting force behind our brand, bringing incredible energy as our Events and Marketing Coordinator. A Barossa Valley local, she’s married to a winemaker and is a devoted mum to two energetic boys. Tamara’s positivity and dedication play a vital role in shaping Tiny Built Co.’s presence, and we’re so grateful to have her on board.
